NLG Series
Lithium Grease
The "standard" grease. It offers excellent mechanical stability and oxidation resistance for moderate temperatures.
Takes the standard MP grease and adds chemical EP agents. These additives react under pressure to form a sacrificial layer that prevents metal-on-metal welding.
By "complexing" the lithium soap, the Drop Point is pushed to 260°C+. This grease does not melt under the intense heat generated by modern disc brakes.
This grease contains "Moly" particles. If the oil film is squeezed out by a sudden heavy impact (shock load), the solid Moly particles remain behind to provide dry lubrication.
This "mixed-soap" grease combines the high-temperature stability of Lithium with the superior water resistance of Calcium.

NCG Series
Calcium-Based Grease
The Nikai Calcium series provides a specialized progression of protection. While they all share a base of calcium chemistry, their performance levels vary significantly based on how the thickener is structured.
This is the traditional "Cup Grease." It is the most water-resistant of all basic greases, making it the standard for "wet-end" lubrication where heat is not a factor.
By adding "complexing" agents to the soap, we drastically raise the melting point. This grease retains the water resistance of standard calcium but can survive in hot industrial gearboxes and motors.
This is the pinnacle of lubricant technology. Unlike other greases where the thickener just "holds" the oil, the Calcium Sulfonate thickener itself is a high-performance lubricant.

NTG Series
High-Temperature Grease
Nikai Bentonite Grease is a premium, non-melting lubricant formulated with a high-quality organo-clay (Bentonite) thickener. Unlike traditional soap-based greases (like Lithium or Calcium) that have a defined "dropping point" where they liquefy and run out of the bearing, Bentonite grease is infusible. It maintains its consistency even under extreme thermal stress, making it the primary choice for "hot-running" industrial machinery.
This is the standard "non-melt" grease. It is designed for general-purpose use in high-temperature environments where extreme pressure is not a constant factor.
The most common industrial version. It is fortified with chemical sulfur-phosphorus additives to handle heavy loads at high temperatures.
This version contains solid "Moly" flakes (usually 3% to 5%). It is designed for the most brutal mechanical environments involving heat and shock loads.
Some Bentonite greases use a very thick base oil (ISO 460 or higher).
Similar to Moly grease, this uses graphite as a solid lubricant.

NLGI Series
MARINE Grease
Nikai Marine Grease is not a single product, but a range of specialized lubricants designed to survive where standard automotive or industrial greases fail. In the maritime environment, a grease must fight constant saltwater wash-off, prevent "pitting" corrosion, and maintain its seal against high-pressure waves.
The traditional "Green Marine Grease." It is specifically formulated to be completely insoluble in water.
Designed for the heat of the engine room. It combines the water-shedding ability of marine grease with the high-temperature stability of a complex soap.
This is the ultimate marine lubricant. It doesn't just "resist" saltwater; it chemically neutralizes its corrosive effects.
A lithium or calcium complex base fortified with Molybdenum Disulfide.
